The traditional way of making burfi is to cook milk and sugar over low heat until of thick consistency. Then add different ingredients like coconut, chocolate, khoya etc., according to the kind of barfi.
In the end, garnish with nuts and flatten in a tray. After that, cut into squares and rectangles. One can also decorate it with silver vark.
